User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

Harass, threaten, spam, impersonate others, or create a harmful learning environment within our community spaces.

Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All Unix² content, including but not limited to courses, curriculum, videos, designs, branding, code examples, graphics, trademarks, and platform materials are owned by 188Tech or licensed to us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 Student Work

You retain ownership of original projects or assignments you personally create, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased course materials for personal educational use only.

Course Access & Certificates

6.1 Access Duration

Certain courses may provide lifetime access, limited-time access, cohort access, or subscription access depending on the product purchased.

6.2 Certificates

Unix² may issue certificates of completion after successful completion of course requirements.Certificates:
  • Are for educational recognition only
  • Do not guarantee employment
  • Do not constitute government accreditation
  • Do not equal a university degree or formal license

Payments, Pricing & Refunds

7.1 Payments

Paid Services require payment of listed fees. Prices may change at any time.

7.2 Refund Policy

Where offered, refunds are subject to our posted Payment Policy. If no separate refund policy is listed, refund eligibility is determined at our discretion based on course usage and circumstances.

7.3 Failed Payments

We may suspend access to subscription services for failed or overdue payments.

Your success depends on personal effort, skill, market conditions, and many external factors.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access without prior notice if you:

  • Abuse the platform
  • Engage in fraud or misconduct
  • Harm other users or our brand
  • Fail to make required payments

Disclaimer of Warranties
