Payment Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Secure Payments

We aim to provide safe and reliable payment options for all Unix² students and members.

Payments may be accepted through approved methods such as:

  • Cash payments
  • Google Pay (GPay)
  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI or other supported local payment methods

Payment instructions will be shared directly by the Unix² team where applicable.

Pricing & Fees

All course fees, memberships, workshops, and program pricing will be clearly communicated before purchase. Prices may change in the future for new enrollments, promotions, or updated offerings.

Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific offer, campaign, or course, all payments made to Unix² are non-refundable.

Because our programs often include immediate access to learning materials, mentorship, reserved seats, digital resources, and internal support, payments are considered final once confirmed.

If an exceptional issue occurs (such as duplicate payment or billing error), please contact us for review.

Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchases

One-time course or workshop purchases cannot be cancelled after payment unless stated otherwise.

Subscription / Membership Plans

If Unix² offers any recurring membership or subscription plans, members may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Failed or Delayed Payments

Access to paid services may be delayed, suspended, or restricted until payment has been successfully received and verified.

Payment Verification

For bank transfers, cash deposits, or manual payments, users may be asked to provide proof of payment to activate access faster.

Fraud Prevention

Unix² reserves the right to reject, pause, or cancel enrollments where fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorized payment activity is suspected.
